"Never Settle For Less Than You Deserve.."

Its that time again ... FASTING! :D
I'm actually pretty excited as Im always pushing myself to do better than the last and its practically a month away from Halloween = Parties = Sexy Fancy Dress. Haha. Maybe a Catsuit if I'm daring enough..
Anyway, one step at a time Lady Coco! Now, I know we all probably know the basics about all the good and bad foods etc. but it helps me to write out a back-up diet plan incase and if not (hopefully lasting the fast) one I'll pick up afterwards. So I was looking up my trusty list of 'Negative Calorie Foods' and before I begin, I am aware that all food has some sort of calorie content in it but these foods are so low that it just makes up my daily intake. Okay, here is my list:

Vegetables
Spinach
Celery
Cucumber
Lettuce
Asparagus

Fruits

White Fish

Drinks
Water
Diet Coke &/or Coke Zero

ICE CUBES <3 <<Great Trick on the mind>>

My Forbidden List:
All Carbohydrates
Potatoes
Bread
Pasta
etc..

High Sugar Foods
Sweets/Candy
Crisps
Fruit
etc..

Meat

Dairy
Milk
Cheese
Yogurts
etc..

Alcohol (For the time being)

Okay so thats my food diary basically for when I end the fast or If I do become weak which Im 100% certain I wont. I'll keep updating every day as this will mostly be my motivation to keep going but for now ..
